These terms govern use of polecanvas.com. The website provides a design catalog and inquiry tools; it does not process payments or create online orders.

No order or reservation

Adding a design to the interest cart or submitting a purchase, custom, or commercial inquiry is non-binding. It does not create an order, reserve inventory, confirm compatibility, establish a price, guarantee availability, or require either party to proceed.

Product information

Images show design appearance and possible applications. They are not photographs of completed installations unless explicitly stated. Dimensions, materials, fit, performance, weather resistance, safety, installation, price, shipping, taxes, and availability are confirmed only in separate written product documentation or terms.

Your submissions

You must have the right to provide any names, artwork, trademarks, photographs, files, or other content you submit. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Crowdler AB permission to review and use it only as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not submit confidential production material until we provide an appropriate channel and agree to receive it.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use automated systems to overload forms or services.

Brand and website content

PoleCanvas names, logos, site design, copy, and original visual materials are owned by or licensed to Crowdler AB. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce them beyond normal personal browsing.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change or withdraw features and design directions. To the extent permitted by law, Crowdler AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in another competent forum remain unaffected.
