PoleCanvas is operated by Crowdler AB. This notice explains how we handle your email inquiry and the technical information needed to host this website. There is no inquiry database or customer account.
Purchases and payment information
For online purchases, Crowdler AB processes your contact and Latvia delivery details, selected design, measured pole details, order reference and payment/refund status to carry out the purchase, arrange manufacturing and delivery, and handle returns and complaints. The legal basis is performance of your purchase contract and applicable legal obligations. We share only the information needed for the task with manufacturing and delivery partners. A purchase does not give marketing permission.
Stripe hosts Checkout, handles card details and stores payment records and the confirmed measurements attached to your order. PoleCanvas does not receive or store your card number. Stripe may process information internationally under its applicable terms and safeguards. Order and payment records are retained as needed to fulfil the purchase, resolve returns or complaints and meet applicable bookkeeping requirements; provider-controlled records and backups follow the provider’s policies.
An essential, HttpOnly browser cookie keeps your Stripe session reference for up to 24 hours so this browser can verify payment and refunds. It is not an advertising cookie. Email address, selected design or custom idea, quantity, pole measurements if known, and any optional project details. We use them to assess and respond to your inquiry, discuss artwork and fit, and prepare an offer. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential artwork in the initial form.
Email delivery and third-party storage
The website prepares an email addressed to sam@crowdler.com and opens your email app only when you choose Send by email. You must send the draft yourself. Your email provider handles the outgoing message; received correspondence remains in Crowdler’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. FormSubmit is not used in this launch flow. No file uploads, marketing subscriptions or separate enquiry database are part of the email-enquiry flow.
Retention
Inactive inquiries are reviewed for deletion three months after the last meaningful contact. Correspondence may be kept longer while a discussion remains active, for an agreed order or where a legal obligation requires it. You can request earlier deletion where applicable. This is an operational retention policy, not an automated deletion or email-provider backup guarantee.
Service providers and transfers
Microsoft 365 provides Crowdler’s mailbox and Vercel hosts this website. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. Your own email provider separately handles the message you choose to send.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. You can also raise a complaint with Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). We process your inquiry to take steps at your request before a potential contract, or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Essential hosting and security processing serves our legitimate interest in operating a safe website. We do not use an inquiry as marketing permission.

Form details remain in the open page until you choose to open an email draft or copy them to your clipboard. The email-enquiry form does not submit to a delivery service. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the in-page draft. This website uses basic, cookieless Vercel Web Analytics to measure visitor counts, countries, referring sites and the pages/designs viewed. Analytics URLs are limited to known public pages and design IDs, without query strings or fragments; inquiry text, contact details and custom events are not collected. Vercel uses a short-lived visitor hash that resets daily, rather than cookies or cross-site tracking. We use aggregate statistics to understand interest in PoleCanvas, on our legitimate interest in improving this website. You can turn analytics off for this browser using the control below. Vercel processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site, under its service terms and retention practices. We do not add form details to server logs. The inquiry retention policy above applies to correspondence in our mailbox, not provider-controlled technical logs or backups.
