Privacy policy
PoleCanvas is a brand of Crowdler AB. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through polecanvas.com.

Controller and contact
Crowdler AB, Swedish registration number 556923-0294, Kvarnängsvägen 15, 182 47 Enebyberg, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact sam@crowdler.com.
Information we collect
- Design details such as email address, optional name and ZIP code, and stated interest.
- Custom inquiries such as contact information, location, approximate pole height, intended use, colors, and project description.
- Commercial inquiries such as work contact details, organization, role, industry, location, pole inventory, timing, and project description.
- Non-binding purchase inquiries, including selected designs and quantities, pole height, contact details, and optional comments.
- Limited technical information used to deliver and protect the website, including request time, IP-derived anti-abuse checks, browser type, and server logs.
Website forms do not accept artwork or file uploads, and the website does not collect payment information.
Local cart
The interest cart is stored in your browser’s local storage. It stays on that browser and device unless you submit its contents through a form. Clearing site data or using the cart’s clear action removes it.
Optional visitor analytics
PoleCanvas does not currently run optional visitor analytics. Vercel still processes limited technical information needed to host, secure, and deliver the website as described above.
Why we process information
- To respond to inquiries and take steps you request in connection with a possible contract.
- With consent, to send PoleCanvas design, product, and availability updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- For legitimate interests in securing, debugging, and improving the website, balanced against visitor privacy.
- Where required, to comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts and delivers the website. FormSubmit transmits validated form submissions to the PoleCanvas/Crowdler mailbox. Email and infrastructure providers may also process information on our behalf. These providers act under their applicable data-protection terms. Processing may occur outside Sweden or the European Economic Area; where required, we rely on recognized transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
- Custom, purchase, and commercial inquiries are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is needed for an active project, legal obligation, or claim.
- Product-update details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired; inactive records are reviewed at least every 24 months.
- Security and hosting logs follow the relevant provider’s limited operational retention.
- The browser-local cart remains until you clear it or site data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Contact sam@crowdler.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and automated decisions
PoleCanvas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Submitted information is not used for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes
We may update this policy as product, sales, or service operations change. Material changes will be dated and published before the affected processing begins.
